2299 Market Street is a new five-story mixed-use project with a boutique collection of 18 units. The project façade consists of the Knight-Resysta 12″ panel profile paired with an exposed fastener phenolic panels and 2″ of mineral fiber insulation. The building is made up of eight 1-bedroom units, eight 2-bedroom units and two townhouse units. The units range in size from 635 to over 1,500 sq. ft., with only 5 units on each level.
