Studio GC worked closely with the Village of Woodridge to complete a full evaluation of this 27-acre site to determine the highest use for a consolidated campus for a new salt and municipal storage building, public works building and police station. This 32,000 SF new construction police station will house a new VR Training Room and increased storage spaces. It will also feature new geothermal heating and cooling systems.
