A live, dine, shop hub for the Lincolnwood community of Chicago.

8.47 acres, located at the intersection of Touhy and Lincoln Avenues was purchased by Tucker Development in April of 2019.  

Tucker Development has recently teamed with AECOM-Canyon Partners, a joint venture between AECOM Capital and Canyon Partners to develop this site.  Construction began in November 2021 for an Amazon Fresh anchored mix-use project including  299 mid-rise multifamily units, an Amazon Fresh grocery store, more than 40,000 leasable square-footage of additional retail and restaurant space, and a dynamic public open space.  District 1860 will create a live, dine, and shop hub for the Lincolnwood community and surrounding areas.
